Please provide the order number, product images, and an explanatory video while claiming the warranty through the email.

If the products are on-artificial damaged Nova Microblading will provide the warranty service. We do not serve in the following situations:

1. Damage due to falling of products on the ground
2. Product was exposed to the liquid
3. Product was dismantled and hindered personally


Shipping costs are excluded from the warranty.
